As a golf course designer I am familiar with many great settings for golf courses, but I can truthfully say I have rarely seen anything so magnificent as this.

Kilimanjaro Golf & Wildlife Estate

The Kilimanjaro Golf & Wildlife Estate (or Kiligolf as it is more commonly known) is situated on 1,040 acres of prime African bush land, nestled between Mt Kilimanjaro and Mt Meru. To the south stretches the Maasai Steppe and the great ridges of the ancient Eastern Arc chain: the Pare, Usambara and Blue Mountains, all of which are visible from the estate. The Usa River, an important water source, runs along the western side of the estate.

The Kilimanjaro Golf Club is the main feature of the estate, consisting of the first 18-hole championship golf course in Tanzania. Designed by former Irish national coach and Kenya Open champion; David Jones, the club is geared to host international and local golf events, tournaments and club nights. Spectacular 2, 3 and 4-bedroom properties are available for purchase on footprints or 1-acre plots surrounding the golf course.

Kiligolf is just a few minute's drive from the Nduruma Polo & Country Club and a few hour's drive from the Maasai Steppe Conservancy. Property owners on Kiligolf are encouraged to take full advantage of the facilities available at the polo club, and the Maasai Steppe Conservancy.

Where to find us

Kiligolf is equidistant from the city of Arusha and Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA) - each a 25km drive. KIA is served daily by KLM flights, Turkish Airlines, Qatar Air and a number of African airlines.

Arusha holds the door to numerous world famous national parks, including the Serengeti National Park and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As Arusha grows, stakeholders can continue to enjoy the seclusion and tranquility of the estate.
